Payment terms:
Cash (Euro), bank card Maestro, Quick, Visa and Mastercard.
Arrival and departure:
On the day of arrival you can move into your room from 15:00 hrs. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am.
Deposit:
For fixed reservations we ask for a deposit / transfer of 30% of the booking amount. The deposit will be kept in case of cancellation.
Dogs:
Your dog is allowed to join your holiday on request.
Extra charge Euro 20,00 per day without food.
Any damage or the cleaning of severely soiled areas will be charged additionally.
Single room surcharge:
Euro 15,00 per day
Children equipment:
Is available (cot, high chair, etc.).
Cancellation:
Cancellations are only valid in writing!
Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday there are no cancellation fees.
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the package price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the arrangement price.
From 1 week or early departure: 90% of the arrangement price.
In general the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply!
To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.
